Privacy Notice
Last updated 18 October 2026
Who we are
This website is run by YOUR REGISTERED COMPANY NAME, which makes Veyra. This notice explains what happens to the information you give us on this website. You can reach us about privacy through YOUR PRIVACY EMAIL.
What we collect
When you ask for a demo or contact us, we receive what you type in the form:
- your name, work email, phone number and company;
- your team size, what your team does and any message you add;
- the page you sent it from, that you agreed to be contacted, and when.
We also keep the internet address (IP address) the form was sent from, to stop the form being misused.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you about a demo or your question, and to protect the form from spam and abuse. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
Who sees it
The people in our team who handle enquiries. When a new enquiry arrives we send our team an email notice that does not include your details; the details stay in our own system.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 12 months after they arrive. If you become a customer, the information you use with Veyra is covered by your organisation's agreement with us instead.
Cookies and visit statistics
This website does not set cookies.
We do not use visit statistics or tracking tools on this website.
If a page fails to work, your browser may send us a short technical error report (the page and the error). It does not include anything you typed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or withdraw your agreement to be contacted, at any time through YOUR PRIVACY EMAIL. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update it here with a new date.
